Today's chutzpah award goes once again to McCain, who went before the NAACP to talk up education reform for the African American community, when he has a record of voting against increased public support for public education programs that benefit African Americans. Of course, McCain has no interest in supporting public education for African Americans, and instead wants to offer African American parents vouchers for private schools, which may not get African American students actually into those private schools.

I guess he thinks the NAACP won't notice.
