Now we know how John McCain will respond to a potential crisis: panic. Whether it's holding a convention or a debate, when the pressure's on, he runs from the public. He already keeps his "delicate flower" running mate in hiding. Perhaps we need a president who is capable of walking and chewing gum at the same time. Perhaps we need a ticket that has the confidence and capability to face the pressures and complications of high office.
