Post Traumatic Stress, or . . . .?

With news that the latest Gallup tracking poll now shows an 11-point Obama lead, McCain shows signs this morning of losing it.

"Across this country, this is the agenda I have set before my fellow prisoners and the same standards of clarity and candor must now be applied to my opponent."

He didn't correct himself, no one around him seemed to catch it except perhaps Palin, and the man just went on with his speech as if he was oblivious to it.

I will defer to those of you with some training as to what it means when a man can so easily interchange "citizens" with "prisoners."
