What Losing Looks Like

The McCain campaign is circling the drain, a development that gets me perky and happy after a long arduous campaign. One of my best friends was worried about me driving the blog, saying I get a little “frothy” at times. Well, winning is so good for me, I had no idea the following four bullet points could get me so happy:

• William Grayson, advisor to John McCain, said war with Iran is inevitable in the next four years. I really don’t know what kind of total political moron thinks Americans are receptive to another war.
• A hate crimes hoax was picked up by the McCain campaign, and according to Fox News (I know) says “Senator McCain’s quest for the presidency is over, forever linked to race-baiting.” If Fox News is preparing your obituary…wow.
• Obama is widening his lead in Florida.
• Obama is ahead in Indiana.

I and no other Democrat will let up in the next 12 days, never, but it’s extremely satisfying to watch McCain and the GOP go down in flames. They richly deserve it. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
