UPDATE 7:50 PST: The west coast polls close in ten minutes, that's the only thing keeping the official ax from finally falling. Almost, Left Coasters.
UPDATE 7:15 PST: Har, Al Franken has a five point lead with 8% reporting! Virginia turns to an Obama lead, damn right.
UPDATE 6:57 PST: MSNBC calls Iowa to Obama. Adios, John and Sarah.

UPDATE 5:10 PST: I'm watching MSNBC, I like Rachel Maddow, Howard Dean is on right now. I'm waiting for Florida results, the early tiny numbers there are good, but the results are just coming in.
UPDATE 4:57 PST: Obama doing well in Indiana, a good sign. Vermont has gone to Obama, South Carolina McCain, MSNBC calls Pennsylvania, Illinois, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland to Obama!

Okay, I rode 20 miles and slept a little, I had insomnia last night. I sincerely apologize for the lack of substance today but there's nothing to do but wait, the first exit polls are just trickling in (they're worthless).
