Jack Goldsmith, former Assistant Attorney General under Ashcroft famous for having spoken out against the Yoo torture memos, writes in today's WaPo that the Obama administration should not begin any new investigations into the torture policy of the Bush era. Instead he advises that the right thing to do is to let the current Congressional investigations run their course. So what do you think of his argument?
