I know very little about Judge Sonia Sotomayor but the Republican party seems to be on a campaign to make sure she gets confirmed without much of a problem.

The sheer scale of lunacy, sexism and racism that we've seen from some of the so-called "conservatives" and spokespersons of the GOP is a sight to behold. I do think if they keep it up and most Americans then see Sotomayor to be rather reasonable at her confirmation hearing, she'll be a shoo-in.
