The Joker Plans to Go to Copenhagen

Within the Senate no one person has done more to stall out dealing with climate change than Senator James Inhofe. As befits a man with little scientific knowledge, but infinite faith that he and he alone knows the truth, he plans to attend the Climate Change talks in Copenhagen looking to repeat his success in gumming up the works so much so that so no one anywhere will be able to make progress. It's his mission to debunk climate change until his dying breath. That's a very sad legacy to have.
