A piece in the Financial Time posits that to build and maintain genuine wealth takes trust that the other guy is going to be fair, or pay the consequences. For a country to lose ground doesn't take much more than rigging the game so the winner takes all. Today America on the verge of losing it's ability to provide jobs for its citizens, educate its children, provide health care that doesn't bankrupt families because in our country, the wealth of the nation belongs to corporations run amok. As Stephen Colbert quipped: "if you're rich enough, you can shed your mortal form, become a being of pure money and live forever inside Quicken". What can be and should be done to rebuild genuine wealth for our country?
