Scott Horton discusses the latest travesty of justice in the case of the unwarranted deaths in Guantanamo. As he says, the judge decided she had no need to review the case because the Military Commissions Act of 2006 (passed by the GOP controlled congress) didn't allow the courts to intervene once someone (even if innocent) had been named an enemy combatant. The Founding Fathers would be quite shocked to see the corruption of the system of government they designed.
