Is anyone surprised at the news (and confirmation) that the Bush administration did in fact conduct illegal domestic surveillance? And would you be surprised if the Obama administration ignored this?

Is anyone surprised that the health insurance industry has already started figuring out how to game the system in the aftermath of health care reform?

Is anyone surprised at the news that British global warming researchers did not skew their findings to misrepresent the science, and that right wing yelling about this was overheated bunk?

Is anyone surprised that neither environmentalists nor right wing drill-baby-drill nutcases are happy with Obama's middle-of-the-road action today to modify the existing offshore drilling ban?
