BP is spreading millions of gallons of dispersant which no one has truly tested, but refuses to provide the public information about the dispersant because it would compromise their confidential business information. And that makes sense because their "private property" rights outweigh the value of the ecosystem or the lives of the people living in the Gulf? Funny how that works.
