No, not the end of life consultation about quality of life and heroic measures to extend life even it is simply a torturous, painful existence, real death panels.

Arizona medicaid has stopped funding organ transplants. If you watch the abc coverage this is really a pretty sad story.





  • The party of the Constitution goes awol for required swearing-in ceremony. Yup, two republicans were too busy at a fundraising event to bother to show up to be sworn in to office at the Constitution requires. Talking Points Memo has that story and Slate is pushing the TPM coverage. I don't think it means much, but it gives you a sense of how the Constitution can be so annoying.
