A couple more links on money and grammar.

If you need a laugh and a little context to realize how odd the concept of money and currency really is, I recommend listening to the Invention of Money on This American Life from last weekend.

Second thing: Check out the wikepedia bit on David Wynn Miller, currency, language (quantum language?) etc. Yes, it's nuts, but it's not nuts in a vacuum. It is nuts in the context of fears of global conspiracy stuff that drives some of the Christian Identity movement. Jesus was a white guy, right?
