Scott Walker's "emergency" law has been the subject of enormous controversy, which certainly doesn't play well with the idea that Conservative governance is popular with the American people. Maybe it's time for some answers to questions about how these "conservatives" actually govern? Why has every escalation for Walker's "law" on the Republican side been done with little regards to the legal conventions of Wisconsin? And why haven't the Republicans reintroduced the original bill again and passed it legally now that the Democratic State Senators are back because for many Wisconsinites if it was passed without tricks it would go a long way to convincing people the Republicans won fair and square?
Funny how team Republican which expresses such a love of the Constitution (and the rule of law) is so fast and lose with the legalities when it benefits their paymasters.
