First, he said that manmade global warmimg was an unproven scientific theory pushed by many researchers to enrich themselves. Now, he says that evolution is a "theory" with "gaps".

Doesn't that perfectly describe creationism?

If we're really going to tie our public policy actions to only those things established as fact by ironclad scientific research, then aren't there a whole bunch of standard business practices by Perry's campaign contributors that we can now ban for their clearly-established damage to humans and the environment?

I am so glad that Rick Perry is in the race.
