Why are conservative white males so susceptible to climate change denial? A sociological study thinks part of the reason is this issue has become a badge of identity. So identifying with Rush and putting the finger to the environmentalists, women and liberals helps explain why they are so adamant in their denial. Too bad nature doesn't respect their views.
