Not Ready For Prime Time

I suggested several days ago that in order for Vladimir Putin to understand he's got a longer-term problem with the United States, Hillary Clinton needed to send a signal.

This wasn't what I had in mind. Frankly, her whole range of comments over the last two days do nothing to inspire any confidence in her as a leader for these times.
