Comments: Cutting And Running

Fitz manages a sublime poker face, once again, in his own words, declining to dangle even his big toe into the pond - contrast the face of a guy who actually does his job vs the face of an imposter.

I'm sure there'll be a comment post up on this soon, but the Senate just defeated a GOP try to eliminate the timeline for Iraq withdrawal from the money bill. That's good. But what is infuriating is the continued mystery of Chuck Hagel. One day he's suggesting impeachement for Bush, the next day he's an enabler. His pattern so far: Talk Tough on the Sunday shows then side with Bush on the War when it's time to vote. It's those kind of politicians who really make my skin crawl. Same for Collins and Snowe.

Actually, they're saying Hagel voted against the amendment, T2, which means he voted to keep the timetable in the bill, didn't he? Joementum voted for unending war.

And yes, Gonzo's a wuss.

Hagel actually voted AGAINST the status quo??

He actually DID something??

WTF!!!

(falls out of chair, dead)

euzoius, I think he's planning to announce that he'll be announcing his presidential campaign soon.

Gonzales hosted a roundtable discussion about safety for children on the Internet

um, wasn't Gonzales Attorney General when Mark Foley was using the internets to prey on children?

Posted by sarik at March 27, 2007 03:10 PM

Protecting children? What about the safety of the children in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Somalia and Haiti, Mr. GT.?

This gang of Bush thugs has murdered thousands of children in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and Haiti. And Alberto G. has given his blessing to torture. What a worthless human being. AG AG is a traitor to our Bill of Rights, a traitor to our Constitution and a traitor to America.

Godammit, james sayre, get with the Bushist program!!

Those aren't "children" you're talkin' about, they're "Terrorists-in-Training", or as some Team Bushco supporters call them, "Terrorjungend".

So Gonzo was afraid to go into the men's room with Fitz and "have it out"?

its all so confusing...good on Hagel. My skin is not crawling as bad. But Snowe?

Posted by T2 at March 27, 2007 06:17 PM

TIKI AL, ROFLMAO.

Unless they are boys from Tex-ass. Then republi-cons...and Gonzales...call them "dates". I do love the irony of it all. Republi-cons in Tex-ass can have se x with kids...they just can't call it "se x with kids". It can only be called "sex".
