The oil law is a fucking disaster

Two of those benchmarks are the passage of the nation’s Oil Law, and allowing the Baathists back into the political process and the country’s bureaucracy.
Yes, seth, the oil law is fucked. 70% goes to foreign interests (the coalition of the willing -namely Britain and the U.S.). We kicked the Baathists out. We are the ones keeping the Baathists out. If we want the Baathists in we should let them in.
Sooo.... Let the Baathists in that we will never allow in and then we'll go home. That's a neat trick.
