Comments: Ram Voting Fraud Down The GOP's Throat In 2008

they can't seem to tackle laws on its merits without stacking ideologues in offices to interpret as they see fit. now tell me exactly, what is an activist judge if the attny's are used principally to prosecute cases the w.h. and republican party only sees fit to prosecute. just look at the abortion ruling... not withstanding that the procedure is rare and used when the mother is in jeopardy. show me a woman who had this procedure done by "choice," and not to save her life or abort a baby who's quality of life would be garbage... but you know, the activist judges used this a benchmark to show how "impartial," they are. 150 grads from a tier 4 school, the 3rd ranking doj official has no prosecutorial experience and is only 33? come on what can she really bring to the table except partisan rhetoric. she's a fcukin hack. take the fifth??? typical of these folks, shit on the constitution but bring it out to save their azz... this country is going to hell in a handbasket. is a democracy. the law should be above politics, not a casualty due to the madness of king george...

Ram Voting Fraud Down The GOP's Throat In 2008...and make it come out their asses.

The only reason to oppose improving identification of voters is to encourage fraud. The Democrats are masters of this. They call it racism, but it's really just a good policy.

Want to vote? Prove you're eligible.

I love McClatchy. How can we show them that we appreciate and support their efforts? Does anyone have good contact information?

A 2008 act should do the following:

Require citizens to register as a responsibility

A rolling roll - ie updated every month

Have a target time for lines - in UK i have NEVER spent more than five minutes queueing - including inner city london

Have paper ballots as standard

Require all Senior poll staff to be and/or act neutrally - ie civil servants

Create standard conditions for ID etc

good post and ideas steve.

i think there will be a few of what i would call 'front burner' issues for the election next year, and then there will a number of 'back burner' issues as well - and this one could be a main back burner issue.
burn 'em!

good that McClatchy has researched this. man, they've done some great investigative reporting on several issues this past year.

Hoe about some real oversight and investigation into the ultimate vote fraud: the stolen 2000 election.
