Christopher, if she was the liason between DOJ and the WH, then Rove was/is indeed the Puppet Master.
Slightly off topic, but Haag and Kissinger, when Nixon was drunk or sedated, made decisions that were not legal under the Constitution nor their place as unelected members of Nixon's Administration. Why do I see Cheney making decisions while Bush is 'sleeping it off' or drunk on his ass?
By-the-way, remember in 1974, Agnew, Vice-President of the United States, had to resign. If only.......
