Priceless---and this from the uber-conservative 4th Circuit court of appeals!! Bushco may now ask that the case go "en banc" (so ALL the conservative judges of the circuit can hear it and reverse the 3 judge panel), but this is a remarkable defeat, and a great credit to the 4th Circuit.

Great "handiwork", St. McLame of Anger Management and Lindsay-Poo, you can't even get the 4th Circuit on board.

Trying to undermine America's most time-honored legal protections---there's a real "legacy" for those two great "legislators".

"Bush, Alberto, and the GOP congress had years to work out a system that met constitutional and international tests, and failed to do so." Steve, by this statement am I to understand that you think they actually intended to meet constitutional tests? I see nothing to indicate that complying with our Constitution plays any part in this Administration or with this president or vice president.

The return of reason? (* dare one hope? *)

So little, so late. Anyone remember the adage "justice delayed is justice denied?" Years in solitary confinement? Anybody want to give that a try? How do we make this right?
