Comments: Fallon: Where's the Oil Law?

To follow up some comments in soccerdad's earlier post, does anyone have a link to an English translation of the draft Iraqi Oil Law (I once heard the first draft of the law was written in English. surprise, suprise). Listening to/reading from ths MSM, one would get the impression the only thing the Oil Law does is divy up future Iraqi oil revenues among the Iraqis themselves. I would really like to be able to point out in conversations with my wingnut friends what the Oil Law actually accomplishes and why its so important to Bu$hCo that it passes, but I've heard so many differnt versions of what the law contains that I'd really like to read it for myself before going out on a limb.

it's really incredible that D leaders can't enunciate these issues in a way that makes it clear what Bush is doing.

The Iraqi lawmakers ARE making progress. It's just that we don't get to hear about it.
