Cheney had Virtue rendered, tortured and killed and now wears a necklace of its bones.

It's always the same answer with these authoritarian Rightists--danger, danger, danger, protection, protection, protection.

When it's really just power, power, power.

What is the "idea" here? That future "presidents" want an unaccountable, shadow enforcer-figure actually running the day to day operations beyond the inquiries of the press and outside the law?

Absolutely sick, and the tepid (if not accepting) DC response shows the intellectual and moral weakness of our "leaders". Dems should be calling in every ex-official who has blown the whistle on this madman over the last couple years, take testimony and impeach him. And I couldn't fucking care less if there aren't 67 clear votes to convict in the Repub constipated senate.

History demands impeachement of this lunatic "VP". Let history (and the people) judge the Repub senators who won't convict this madman.

Adolph Hitler and Josef Stalin felt "very strongly" about their beliefs, too.

I call it bullshit.

Gerson wouldn't know a 'principled' position if it came up and strapped him to a board, then 'dunked' his head in the manner Cheney considers a "no-brainer."

Past presidents, starting with Washington who, as a general, started America's tradition of treating prisoners well, have gotten the nation through dangerous times. We don't need Cheney's 'help', thank you very much.

Cheney's 'principle' is megalomania.

Anally retentive. Despite repeated attempts.

What I found the most interesting in Part 1, was the level of his blatant cunning and calculating deception that goes into his twisted view of the office of V/P.
It's horribly evident that serving the needs of the people is vacant.

Hey, Seven! How are you and your family?

2 more 5-4 SCOTUS decisions on the side of conservatives today thanks to:

1.Single women who didn't bother to vote in 2000.
2.Simple minded Godbots voting scared.
3.Donna Brazil
4.Lieberloser
5.Gore's decision to shun Clinton
6.Clinton's decision not to shun Monica
7.Katherine Harris
8.Crooked election officials
9.Ralph Nader the Lebanese terrorist
10.SCOTUS 5-4 decision for Simian installation

Another republican president in 08 will put us into a full blown Theocracy by picking more right wing idiots for the court.

Rest easy, Godbots, "Bong hits for Jesus" is verbotten speech. You win again.
