Comments: Edwards On Terrorism

Edwards is so sensible, practical and in-touch he could have been born in the Midwest. He'd be a nice change from the silver-spoon legacy screw-up who's been ruining the country.

John Edwards is a fake as was his two americas phoney speech in 2004. His poverty campaign is also phony. I was very disappointed when John Kerry chose Edwards as his running mate. People get carried away while listening to Edwards and his phoniness. Pretty good trial lawyer tho.

Keep on telling folk - from a distance it looks like Edwards is the one that not only has the sensible ideas but the radical determination to see them through.

HILLARY CLINTON: I believe we are safer than we were. We are not yet safe enough.

I suppose that's why Hillary the Hawk voted 'FOR' the USA Patriot Act and then later, to reauthorize it.

And ye shall know the trolls by their rhetoric.

No kidding, idio!

Just imagine, if you will, if obl had been captured, alive, and put on trial. And been exposed for all to see as the selfish, oil money creep that he actually is.

Gee, that wouldn't have helped end al qaeaeda's organization and influence, would it? Especially if it were run through the legal system, you know, the one full of lawyers and judges?

Nah.

Rat b's, since all bushco wanted was to take advantage of the situation to loot the US Treasury for their corporate sponsors, they couldn't care less about bin laden or the war on terror, except perpetuating it.

I guess I used some bad words at first, didn't know we were cleaning up our language so much.

Now I must test the limits.

Bastards.

That's okay.

Naaaaaa.

That's okay.

Murdering

Okay too.

Bush could have merely threatened Sadaam with "shock and aw shit" if he didn't catch Bin Laden and company for us.

Now that's one 900 pound gorilla that would have got the job done!

...Never send a chimp to do a gorilla's job.

Thanks Duckman. I've been waiting for someone to shed a light on this jerk. He hates the West about as much as he hates Meursault Charmes 1846. NOT!!!

But he does hate poor people. I'll give you that. Seeing as he never lifted a finger to help out Afghanistan or anybody in Saudi Arabia that wasn't in the royal family. No he just gets on one of his private jets and has teleconferences urging young Islamics to blow themselves and any innocent bystanders sky high for the "cause".

Meantime the Charmes continues to flow while he practices his putting and checks his rolodex to see what time does he tee off tomorrow and when does he do another "cave announcement."

I think this was my favorite part of Edward's speech, probably my favorite out of the all the speeches of all candidates in the entire campaign, so far:

...President Bush, like the Republicans following him today and even some Democrats, was stuck in the past, and he still is. He had no grasp of the new threats we faced, so he failed to offer a vision to keep us safe in a world that had changed. Saddam Hussein was the threat he knew, so Iraq was the war he waged.

We needed new thinking and a bold vision to protect the world for our children; instead, George Bush literally gave us his father's war—but without his father's allies or his father's sense of decency...

Whew, that was good.

Oops, thingies went in the wrong place, I guess, should have been:
