Comments: What's the Matter with Kansas?

It always seemed to me that the last thing the evangelical leaders want is for the Supreme Court to overturn abortion or for Congress to pass any laws. I mean they had a president and Congress favorable to their cause for six years, yet nothing happened and I don't remember them mounting any serious threats toward Bush and the Rubber Stampers.

This is one of those issues they have been using for years to keep the rubes inline. Looks like the rubes might be waking up to the con.

Both 911 and Katrina changed this country. 911 made quick, emotional changes. But the changes that Katrina wrought go deeper and will last longer. And they both show the consequences of having a shallow, incompetent government.
