Comments: Obama Says Hillary Ducking.....Social Security???

My opinion of Obama has plunged since he tried to throw Gays under the bus by using a homophobic "ex-gay" singer in his South Carolina campaign. We may be seeing his campaign implode.

The good ship Obama seems to be taking on water. If he keeps up like this he may not just blow his shot at the White House this election he may be sunk for good.

I heard a snippet from one of his speeches today and he was talking about college costs. He wants to help pay for college for anyone who serves the country. Apparently this includes teachers, social workers, nurses, anyone learning Arabic, and I think he said state department workers. Not sure I heard that last one right. It just all seemed a bit odd and over the top. Sounds like he wants to help pay for college for anyone in any profession that has a shortage at any given time--though like I said, I don't quite get that last one. I must have heard it wrong, but couldn't find a transcript.

Obama has certainly turned out to be...disappointing.

Attack Obama? Is this a distraction from Clinton's votes and where is she? There is no information here that addresses the issues.

Where is Clinton on Iran?

Why did Clinton for give bush and cheney a trigger for military action against Iran?

Why did Clinton vote to allow bush and cheney to invade Iraq in the first place?

Where is Clinton on state retirement saving and Social Security?

Are Clinton's foreign policy positions on Iraq and Iran more motivated by political calculations, than US interests?

Don't give me that tired old republican distractions and deception!!!!

Where are the answers to these questions?

Are you saying Obama made her do it?

Why is Clinton meeting with the Fox Propaganda owner?

Obama's statement via Atrios:

Part of the reason that we have had a faith outreach in our campaigns is precisely because I don't think the LGBT community or the Democratic Party is served by being hermetically sealed from the faith community and not in dialogue with a substantial portion of the electorate, even though we may disagree with them.

yeah, Obama, no religious Gays or Democrats

That DailyHowler bit hit the nail right no the head in going after Obama for his attacks on Hillary's character.

He's getting desperate - how sad to see a campaign implode like this.

Distractions? Republican tactics? Ya know... I get really tired of Obama's supporters ignoring the fact that their guy missed the vote he's been bitching about, went to 24 campaign appearances and gave speeches, and didn't mention Kyl/Lieberman ONCE. Not a word.

THey also forget to mention that he's voted with Hillary in lockstep since joining the senate on the issue of Iraq, as noted in this side by side comparison at TPMCafe - http://www.tpmcafe.com/blog/electioncentral/2007/mar/29/comparison_of_hillary_and_obama_votes_on_iraq

As to the points re Iran...

Mr Smooth Did You Read The Article Correctly Are ,Are You Just Crazy As Hell,Like Your Mr Obama,For Long You're Going To Have To Blame Someone Other Than Senator Clinton For Mr Obama's Stupidity,He's Does That All By Himself,And It's No Point In Getting Emotional About Now, Just Wait Until The Actual Voting Starts And You And The Rest Of You Obama Fans Learn That Hilliary Has Won The Primary,So Do You Want To Shoot Yourself In The Head Now, Are Wait Later And Do It Expeditiously,With Mr Obama. It Does Not Matter To Some Of You That Obama Is In A Field Where He Is Considered A Lightweight It's Not His Fault It's Just That He Has To Learn To Not Be So Arrogant,Like He's The Most Intelligent Candidate On The Campaign Trail,And Everyone Is Beneath His Feet,I Wouldn't Trust Obama,And That Snake In The Grass David Axlerod With,If They Offered Me The Vice President's Job.

For the record, I would support Gore, Edwards or Obama.

Alegra and Mr. Caption-Sky,

Clinton is enabling the bush-cheney push into Iran and Iran has taken all the attention from the failed Iraq invasion as we spend trillions.

Instead of addressing this issue, the article blames someone else for what Clinton did. You may allow the subject to be changed, but I won't.

I didn't read anything in your post that dealt with the concerns that I raised.

Dodd or Richardson would also be good choices.
