This Mid-East push is a Condi deal. She sweet talked George into putting on the show "for her" so she can feel like she did something,at all, during her tenure except fly around buying fancy shoes. The real goal now is to declare Iraq "won" so the GOPers can ram through any "money for the troops" bills they want and also perform a collective "na,na, na, nah" to the Dems in the next election. The "I told you we were right's" have already started to fly fast and furious and they will continue to increase in volume up until the time Sadr decides to put his boys back on the streets. The Shia know that Bush is on his way out...time is on their side and they have plenty of patience. Once Bush is gone, so is Maliki. But until then, Bush can brag about how right he was and the public will be presented with a huge dose of it by the GOP Media. But he's only one well placed Green Zone mortar away from looking like the fool he is.

If anyone (jeff, David G.) has heard the other candidates reject this let us know. If not, why?
