Manifestly stupid, this remark indicates why Rick was elected by 39% of the voters last time. He apparently believes there is a country called Terror, the inhabitants of which we are fighting in a war. As dumb as he is, no wonder he's for Rudy. Oh yes, and Rick also had some nasty things to say about his #1 buddy, George W. Bush. That has caught a few folks off guard, and makes one wonder if Rudy isn't using dopes like Rick to distance himself from Bush (without having to do so himself).
