Comments: Huckabee's Sermon on the Mound of Plenty

A money grubbing TV Evangelist...now that's a rare turd.

You neglected to mention the gold embroidered Ascension Robe with the diamond studded backpack for the nuclear football.

while we are on the subject of governors and ethics...here is the TX gov Big Hair Pretty Rick Perry saying, as he campaign's for Rudy=Bush, that we have to fight the war on Terror in "their country", not ours. Manifestly stupid, this remark indicates why Rick was elected by 39% of the voters last time. He apparently believes there is a country called Terror, the inhabitants of which we are fighting in a war. As dumb as he is, no wonder he's for Rudy. Oh yes, and Rick also had some nasty things to say about his #1 buddy, George W. Bush. That has caught a few folks off guard, and makes one wonder if Rudy isn't using dopes like Rick to distance himself from Bush (without having to do so himself).

"A $1,000 pair of cufflinks..."

At first I read this as a $1,000 pair of handcuffs, and thought, huh, that does raise some interesting questions.
