Comments: Contempt

The Dems had a focus group which concluded most Muricans want the president to be above the law!

A secondary finding was that most Muricans hate subpeonas, too!

So our hands were tied, again. Damn!

It seems that the House Democratic 'leadership', in their own way, matches the cheney/bush regime for contempt for the law.

What "message of unity," I wonder?

Not "Unity".

"Unitary"

Silly!

Ah, now it makes sense, snark!

I guess Dodd hasn't gotten the message, tho - even though Reid's trying to punt on FISA, Dodd's threatening the filibuster again. Good for him!

Good point jwrjr. They sure as hell aren't doing their job. Excuses, excuses, excuses.

By-the-way, they intend to do absolutely nothing about it. If they were so inclined, they would have done something long before now. Maybe they can postpone until the next election and then no one will care, if they care at all any more.
