lets see....there are two candidates in the race. One is Clinton. So the other one would be the non-Clinton. One group would therefore be for Clinton and the other group for the other candidate. I can't see the point here.
I'd love for TLC to get back to being the Hate Bush blog instead of the Hate Obama blog. Actually, it needs to start being the Hate McOld blog. The war in Iraq(which McOld supports) will absolutely be going on, well past the 4000th American GI death by election day, and the economy (which McOld says he knows nothing about) shows all the signs of being in deep shit by then (where did Muckdog go,anyway?) 80% of the public want fundamental change from the direction its heading (which McOld will not provide), 70% disapprove of the GOP president (who McOld literally hugs and kisses), yet the polls continue to show Clinton and McOld tied in the national election. Why/how can that be?
Posted by T2 at February 8, 2008 06:21 AMMessage: there are 2 establishments. And if you're not in one, you're in the other. By extention - there is no more grassroots. So you suck either way, but suck less if you side with Hillary.
I'm right behind T2. Enough already.

Hence Bill's dilemma. ;)
Posted by snark at February 8, 2008 06:44 AM"establishment blogger" a new word LOL. Anyone not for Hillery is slimmed here. By the way KOS was for John Edwards keep your facts straight. Straw poll after straw poll on the daily kos month after month Edwards won by big margins. sheesh!!! Don't destroy our Democrtic Party in your zeal for Hillery Clinton.

There's a few of us here Id.
And still... not one positive Obama piece at TLC.
T2, I check up on our favorite pet, muckdog, every once in a while.
Posted by Seven of Six at February 8, 2008 07:34 AMDaily Kos readers were certainly overall for Edwards for a long period of time. But I think it was also evident by her repeatly horrible showings in the Kos straw polls that they were not for Hillary. I'm an Obama supporter and more active on DailyKos then I am here and even I'd admit for good or bad there is a strong 'anyone-but-Hillary' bit of the Kos community.
When Edwards dropped out and Obama was winning states the vote swung over to Obama with Hillary picking up very little gain if any.

Perhaps some interpid commenter here who supports the Obama campaign wants to step up and fill the void left by the absent Obama reporter? Not pointing at you specifically SoS, or anyone. But those who comment here regularly about the dearth of positive support for Obama and who support him (over Clinton) need to step up.
Disclaimer: I think Hillary Clinton will be a better president than Obama but I am not passionate about "supporting" either one. I will gladly cast my vote for either one in November.

Ouch!
Posted by Seven of Six at February 8, 2008 08:31 AMI'm with snark...whomever the Dem candidate is, gets my vote. That is really all that matters to me. I'm not thrilled with Hillary, not sure of Obama, was uneasy with Edwards. Some of the other drop-outs had some good points but were uneven on several levels. But when the alternative is John McOld for eight years....I'd take Gravel if he was the nominee.
Posted by T2 at February 8, 2008 09:39 AMSeveral political blogs form the establishment because many read them, many cite them, they are considered prominent. This is what makes an establishment. Most of these bloggers are Obama dogs; they move their nose to whatever he points to.
Personally, except for a handful of individual bloggers, I don't think much of them and didn't way before Obama.
Fronting for Obama is bottom feeding at its best.
