I hope CBS doesn't chicken out on this important story. I have been waiting for a story that will finally blast this rotten administration but with all the stuff already revealed such as torture, spying on Americans, lying us into war, exposing a CIA agent etc nothing seems to have worked.

Anyone thing the chances of the Navy hitting the satellite were hugely downplayed so it wouldn't be a big deal if they missed. Listening to what they had to do to hit it, my dd (age 9) was cracking up over the seeming impossibility of it--heat seeking missile trying to hit something that's giving off no heat, so they're doing it during the day when the sun will be shining on it to warm it up, it's the size of a mini-van traveling at 24 times the speed of sound, and oh yeah, we had to put off the launch because the boat was rocking. I'm impressed that they hit it, but after all that, I'm thinking they knew it wouldn't be that hard.

Expectations of this admin are so low that nothing is shocking anymore. Bush could have Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton arrested and thrown in Gitmo for spying and no one would think anything of it.

The Siegelman story will be on during the Oscar telecast. Not too many will see it I'm afraid.
