but but but....he's such a MAVERICK...
Posted by clammyc at April 28, 2008 04:27 PMit takes a maverick to be so blatant about his hypcorisy!
Posted by Turkana at April 28, 2008 04:29 PMThe extent of how disgusting McCain's last week was cannot be underestimated. The use of prisoners as free labor (I'm sure there is a large segment of Republicans who believe the incarcerated should serve as both a free labor and a revenue source for those who pay taxes and underwrite their lives, but also as a population increase to to create CDs for prison owners and their benefactors) and the suggestion that any social programs would be fundable under McCain's anti-tax theology is beyond hypocritical. They are just lies that emit from the mouth from a man willing to be the doormat for unbridled, self serving parasites on a now defunct conservative ideology.
Posted by jeter at April 28, 2008 05:46 PMTurkana, Didn't some prison inmates (Alabama?)in one state help set up or tear down one of his events?

Anybody who believes the Austrian fuck who operated alone for 24 years hiding his daughter and their kids are the same fucks who believe that John McCain isn't senile. How can anybody believe anything anymore--so much propaganda and so little time! Propaganda feeds the universe it seems.
The Austrian abuse story is worse than Manson, Dahmer, Gitmo and Bush's entire eight years of terror; and we just stood by and let it happen, just like the lying citizens of Amstetten.
Screw this world!

Yup. Thanks for the excellent post, Turkana. Simply excellent! I hope you soon put your talents to exposing his jesus thievery and the scum "pastors" and "X-tian leaders" he has associated with his campaign.
Posted by phidipides at April 28, 2008 05:55 PMmaniacal,
yesterday, a friend who watches tv news asked me what i thought about that story out of austria. i hadn't heard about it. i'm sure it has had more tv coverage this past week than gitmo has had this year.
Posted by Turkana at April 28, 2008 05:59 PMYou're right, I can imagine the crappy sensationalism this story is making, winding it's way through the murky guts of fascist TV, without sensitivity, or any righteous indignation; but my TV broke three months ago, actually I kicked in the screen and I've been getting my news from the Internet ever since.
Oh, apropos to Gitmo, the setting of this horror fest is in Amstetten, Austria which happens to the former site of two sub-camps of the Mouthausen-Gusen concentration camps in WW2! And, Turkana, it is relevant, this happened in Hitlers birth country and after all, we have our own Hitler in The White House, don't we?
