They are certainly not a "pro-Clinton" group...
eRiposte, Did you forget to add that they are certainly not a "pro-Obama" group either?
You know what some of that crazy "OFB" might think... because you didn't completely exonerate Obama, like you did with Clinton, you're implying his campaign had something to do with it.
Don't plant the seed dude.
Sheriff john brown always hated me, For what, I dont know: Every time I plant a seed, He said kill it before it grow - He said kill them before they grow.Posted by Seven of Six at May 1, 2008 07:17 AM
"There’s a principle involved here."
Principle? How quaint.
So this is one of the ways they are going to manipulate the next election.

And that's why their PAC contributions and donations go to Clinton, not Obama.
They are either well-intentioned and stupid or a Clinton front, and still stupid.
Posted by phidipides at May 1, 2008 08:06 AMWVWV has gotten complaints from 10 different states for what they are doing, so this isn't even new. The best case scenario is that WVWV is merely highly unprofessional and incompetent. This is extremely upsetting, as the stated goals of WVWV are highly laudable. WVWV needs to satisfactorily explain why it has done this after the mail-in filing deadlines but before the primaries in multiple states, exactly who it was targeting, why it has ignored complaints from other states, and why it has avoided identifying itself in the phone calls.

Have you been keeping up with the recent court decisions in Florida, Judith? You're about to see the disenfranchisement of at least a couple-a-hundred thousand Dems.
Too bad Floridians aren't more like the French. There would be riots in the streets of Paris over this kind of stuff.
Posted by phidipides at May 1, 2008 09:17 AMPhidipides, I am 'out of the loop' so to speak, as I have been busy taking care of Mom for the past 74 days. I'll Google the story.
Some may assume that the next president will be a Democrat, but I am not so sure. The powerful political elite have had eight years to perfect their art of stealing elections, and I have no reason to believe that it won't happen again.

Are you kidding. The Americans only bend over and submit to the screwing.

"The Americans only bend over and submit to the screwing."
...That sodomy scene from "Deliverence" times 300,000,000?
Phidipides, I am 'out of the loop' so to speak, as I have been busy taking care of Mom for the past 74 days.
Remember to take care of yourself, dear Judith. Don't hesitate to yell if I can do anything. I know that is the exact sentiment of many here.
Posted by phidipides at May 1, 2008 06:07 PMPhidipides, you are such a sweetie. Thanks. It has been a long haul, but everything turned out to be a blessing.
