Comments: Defending the Constitution

The task of waging war against this Administration and George Walker Bush has been daunting and exhausting enough for the past eight years, but to now battle the Democrats, our own Party, is painful. We must unseat those Democrats who have betrayed us, without exception.

Thomas Jefferson said "The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only object of good government."

Am I one of the few to learn the lesson of Animal Farm? Seriously, the whole damn book was an obvious metaphor of the inevitable corruption of good intentions.

And until people say "I'm voting for the best, not the least-worst" we're going to have government full of quislings. The lesser of two odious remains odious.
