...participate in drunken skinny-dipping orgies after nightfall...
Your place ain't so bad, hombre, 'cause we never see that in my little California street, shit. I would have been invited, too, trust me.
We can fight our way through this, but we won't. We're off to a terrible start.
Posted by paradox at June 29, 2008 04:38 PMTalking about flag pens, look who's got one one all the time now. In his first commercial, just about every appearance now. Seems he wants those voters now. And anyhow Jeff, he's becoming one of us now, changing everything he said in the primaries to our messages...just about DLC like. Soon, he'll come out for the pro life crowd and talk about the conservative judges he'll appoint.
Nice to see you again Jeff, been a while. Probably better for you...the fighting was something.
PUMA
Posted by peter at June 29, 2008 06:06 PMParadox, you woulda been right in there, fo sho, Brother. It's weird around here, but it's ok to be weird sometimes, I totally agree.
Thanx Peter, I was in the decompression chamber for a while, I'm day-to-day in sports jargon. What's PUMA? I know this but don't remember. Like I said, I've been away too long.

Posted by paradox at June 29, 2008 07:27 PMOh, Man, for real? I missed a bloodbath, didn't I?
Posted by Jeff Dinelli at June 29, 2008 07:39 PMYeah...throw a couple of Iraqis on the grill, dig down in the cooler for an ice cold Bud, and watch the crowds file into the Colosseum. I hope the country can round up its better angels before the showdown in November. Cicero said that everyone who went in as a spectator came out corrupted. On the issue of perpetual war the country is waging its very soul.
Posted by Copeland at June 29, 2008 07:49 PMHoo-boy! You surely have nailed northern Illinois. I can see the farmers and truckers in those small country towns now, sitting up at the counter with their John Deere caps on rolling out their opinions...and heaven help those who don't agree with the majority. Happily enough, there are good people among them with good, intelligent minds who think for themselves, and they don't hesitate to offer their opinions either. Personally, I'm glad to be FROM there.
Posted by BAJ at June 29, 2008 09:54 PMThis ain't 2004. ReThug fearmongering isn't going to work this time (see 2006).
