They're already doing this in Oregon. The latest anti-Merkley ads here are saying that he wants an anti-democratic workplace where "your vote isn't secret". They make it sound like the Employee Free Choice act will do nothing but strip an employee's right to have a secret ballot. I'm not 100% sure but I think the group that is paying for it is the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace.

Really dark visuals and subtly disturbing music, high production values. It ends with asking people to call the Merkley campaign and ask why he wants to take away peoples right to vote.

Charlie, same thing here in Maine. The latest Susan Collins ads go after Tom Allen on the same "your vote isn't secret" line.

There will be a massive right-wing noise machine blasting the EFCA, a potentially historic bill that, if passed, against all odds, would change the face of the country.

It'd be great for the workers in India and China looking to take more US jobs, that's for sure. Unions have already driven the steel industry out. They're doing a great job shutting down US airlines. And the unions are doing their best to get rid of US auto companies.

Those folks in other countries are educated and willing to work.
