Comments: FBI Acknowledges Spying on Journalists

Someone far brighter than me once said, in order to know where your going, you have to know where you've been. Back in 1940, I think the movie that Charlie Chaplin stared in was called the Great Dictator. After watching this segment, you might come away from it thinking that way back then he was warning us of things to come.
Check it out. It's an eye opener and his dialog is just a precient today as it was back then.

Imagine what they're doing to posters on TLC.

I'm trying to think back if I ever posted anything that could have been misconstrued as being somewhat negative towards the administration.

Reporters, politicians, registered Democrats, Union leaders, etc.... no wonder people are afraid of doing their job to the best of their ability.

I keep thinking my politics might have been a reason for me to be denied employment in AZ? The tin foil hat is always on...

The tin foil hat is always on...

With good reason these days!
I have to go to the dollar store and stock up again.
I run out of tin foil quite a bit!
LOL

What a great Country we live in these days. All the things we knew were happening, are now finally being confirmed. I will guarantee you that every politician, reporter, writer, and many citizens have been spied on who do not support this Administration. I'm not in the least bit surprised. I am convinced that some in our own Party are being blackmailed, as well as some reporters. When does the knock on the door come?

TIKI, your a riot!

I wonder if Edward's private phone conversations with his liason were listen to or recorded. Remember Ross Perot quit in the middle of his campaign, never giving a real reason for the SUDDEN withdrawal. I think I now know why.

Disclaimer: I think I once posted that Bush was an asshole, but I just did it once, really.

Given the sympathies of the NYT, this is probably a good thing.

"Disclaimer: I think I once posted that Bush was an asshole, but I just did it once, really."

Judith, it was only once, and you were merely pointing out what someone else had said, and you commented on how inappropriate it was to speak that way about a sitting president.

I will be happy to testify on your behalf at the internment camp hearings.

Ever more obvious that we need a Frank Church Committee II. A tougher one than the one that sat 33 years ago, with an open-ended mandate on all this stuff.

It would be good to follow up with indictments. But, first, let's investigate every nook and cranny. And no more testimony that isn't under oath. If it takes granting some immunity to medium-sized fish to get bigger fish, go for it.

I will go on the record: FUCK BUSH! Many of us served our country a number of years and care too much to let pieces of shit like him tear it up. I believe that we will eventually get it together.

I strongly believe in the Constitution. We currently have many complicit dem politicians who have allowed this mess to continue unchecked! Why else would you not impeach a man whose incompetence has resulted in thousands loosing their lives?

Oh TIKI thanks, I knew I could count on you. By-the-way, your comment was hilarious.

"angry"man: Are you the same guy who thinks it's peachy keen for bush to "mug" on TV at the games?

That is a privilage he has to earn, not an automatic right. He should remain out of sight after what he's done to the country.
