The smackdown that Paulson got yesterday in Dodd's committee was damn nice to see. I'm walking a little bit more on your sunny side of the street today. Cheney's moth-eaten "my way or everybody dies tomorrow" schtick might have finally met its kryptonite - an awake and infuriated populace.

He has given BILLIONS to philanthropy. And, if anything, Warren has been on the side of reality for fucking years starting with saying how nonsensical the dotcom "boom" was in terms of actual value - if people had listened to him they wouldnt have lost their life savings! I mean, little dweeb programmers who farted out an idea got millions of dollars for their garbage and Warren cried "bullshit - not my money! Where's the revenue?"
So do your homework before you go all batshit crazy on a decent person who just happens to know money inside and out...although generally I find your passion spot on. :-)
