Palin is a net negative for his campaign. He would have been much better off with a moderate Republican governor. He did not need a female or an insane right-winger to excite the Republican base. His opponent is African-American. That is all the Republican base ever needed.
But what can we expect him to say? An admission that his shameless pandering to imagined constituencies totally back-fired?
When the corporate press/media completes its post mortem on this election, they are going to cite the Palin pick as the Number Two reason that McCain's campaign failed. Reason Number One will be George W. Bush. They will do what they can to save McCain's brand. It is, after all, something they made up themselves.

Anjha, these people are a product of their environments rather than their race. They were taught to steal in business school, and the culture for the women is one of unwanted pregnancies just like their moms. They can't help it. It's their lifestyle. It's how they were raised.
But a dollar to a donut the majority of the Palin MILF loving men had some fine sexual experiences with their best same sex friends when they were 15 or so...and never forgot it. At least that's what they tell me when they need a night away from their wives and a friendly male face. Lest you get the wrong idea, I just talk with them.
