I said bases, not an occupation, we have bases all over the world in places where we've won. There's now a Baghdad Int. Airport. As more and more of Iraq becomes pacified, the force there gets reclassified from offensive to some pc term that Obama chooses. We're still there just like we're still in Bosnia and Puerto Rico and Okinawa.
