Bernie Madoff, Jim Cramer, and Barack Obama.
They sell HOPE.
They deliver disaster.

...I agree, 4800 livid "investors" were praying that would happen, and poof, nothing! Maybe he'll at least get a toilet that plugs up if you flush anything bigger than a bed bug down it.
Sung to "Oh Tannenbaum":
O Schaudenfraud, O Schaudenfraud,
Much pleasure dost thou bring me!
O Schaudenfraud, O Schaudenfraud,
The bed bugs bite and sting thee!
You put the fraud in Schaudenfraud,
Don't drop the soap, or you'll squeal loud!
O Schaudenfraud, O Schaudenfraud,
Much pleasure dost thou bring me!
Rick,
Does that give you a hard-on?

Bernie was a Democrat, and a con artist. He fucked over lot's of wealthy people and charities, and it was a republi-KKKon controlled SEC that was so asleep at the wheel that we got him...and the entire financial melt down.
As Harry Markopolos, the guy who realized what Madoff was doing, says, "It took me five minutes to know that it was a fraud. It took me another almost four hours of mathematical modeling to prove that it was a fraud." He reported it to the Buschco republi-KKKon SEC. What did they do? They drank Madoff's liquor and fucked his whores (of course, if Madoff had been a republi-KKKon it would have been liquor and under-age whores).
BTW: I've started a little investment fund. I guarantee 20% for principals from 100-500K. I can only handle 100 investors and I will gladly provide a full prospectus. My only conditions are a commitment from you of 5 years and a your permission to use your review of my fund after your first statement. Again, 100 investors only and a 5 year commitment. The other 2500 doofs who want will be told the are lucky sorts and I can let them in the fund. Then they are going to screw the pooch and lose everything they own. But the first lucky 100 will make a wonderful return. I call it the "Juan Valdez" group, because that's who you'll be looking for in Nicaragua in a few years.
Anyone game?
Posted by phidipides at March 13, 2009 06:56 PMI love the Rude One .. even when he totally grosses me out the door with e.g. karl rove assfucking sorta stuff .. everything else is pretty astute and funny ..
Posted by Sharkbabe at March 14, 2009 12:07 AMOne cool thing that could come out of all this, is for anybody uttering the words "I have an investment fund" to be instantly mobbed, stoned, and burned at the stake :)
like, even in the line at starbucks
