Most of the comments about the DoD budget have been some sort of distortion of the facts; however, I have heard only one mention on the tube of the increase in funding for cyber warfare identified in Secretary Gates list of new priorities. The USAF has a new Command dedicated this problem, so communications security is probably better than what we have done on port security, railroads, chemical plants, all the weak points identified half dozen years ago.
