I do agree that heads should have rolled for 9-11, and that commissions simply don't work.

I agree that my expectations are also that of a committee (which is where things go to die in DC), would not come to any justice for those who committed war crimes. And as for your readership, we may be a small group, but hey, we love ya.
Holder needs to appoint a special prosecutor, that is the only way it will not seem partisan, how about Fitz? or Bruce Fein?
