Comments: The Death of Dr. Tiller and Anti-abortion Fanaticism

Tiller may have been killed at his church because that was the best place the conservative white male gun lover could get close to him. It appears that Tiller often had security details. The wingnut monster probably scouted the situation out and it was well planned over time.

As I said in another thread, we'll see if the Kansas authorities opt to seek the death penalty for this premeditated hate-crime murder, or whether the death penalty is reserved just for those horrible negroes.

This is the second time in 8 months that white male wingnuts have killed demonic lib'ruls in their satanic churches. Probably the wingnuts know there's no security there.

The Congress should immediately add funds for securing lib'rul gathering places, especially churches, to the DHS budget, to be administered by DHS. These funds should likely go to known demonic lib'rul churches and meeting places in deeply Red States, which is where the latest domestic terror attacks have been taking place.

Congress should also add funds for protecting all doctors providing abortion services and their clinics. That's how a responsible nation would respond to this rightwing terror/assassination---especially since we know that conservative wingnuts began ramping up attacks on abortion practictioners when the last Dem president was elected in 1992.

What will ACTUALLY be done by the spineless Dem Congress? Nothing. Excuse me, they will cower before the "pro-life" rhetoric of the "conservative" RumpRepub monsters.

What, nothing about the Army recruiter being shot to death in Arkansas? A state with a Democratic governor, two Dems in the senate, 3 out of 4 Dem Congressmen. Did one of yours get retribution? Who's to defend recruiting places for the US government? I wonder if one of the marshals tasked for the recruiting place was sent to a clinic?

What will ACTUALLY be done by the spineless Dem Congress? Nothing. Excuse me, they will cower before the progressive rhetoric of the "Lib'rul" Democrat masters. Especially after AG Holder dropped charges against those people carrying billy clubs into a polling place.

Offended? Sorry, both of these happenings are an abomination to our society. These individuals need to be prosecuted big time.

Well Euz, it may be easier to enact hate crime legislation with TEETH ..and bring back the Fairness Doctrine"; as it stands now in the US, there are no repercussions for spewing hate over the airwaves, in private meetings or in advertising. The rightwing whack jobs are totally in disarray and hatred is welling up, there will be many more of these hate filled acts as the GOP has no leadership and the party has spawned millions of narrowminded hate filled wretches with nobody to cool their angst.

euzoius,

Careful, people might see how happy you are that the doctor was murdered: (after all) what is the life of the doctor but fodder in the Leftist political war. (Similar to the way Lefties treat the death of military members.)

Fo me, I will pray for the doctor's family and for the doctor's soul.

And for the hundreds of souls he "aborted."

Regards,

Bagley

P.S. Goyo:

"...there are no repercussions for spewing hate over the airwaves.."

You have been watching MSNBC right?

"...in private meetings..."

So, how do you define "private?"

"...or in advertising"

Huh?

Sorry, I still can't get past the fact that the murderous moron, and his millions of supporters, imagine that all those abortions are of 2 week old cuddly babies, not zygotes. They really think they are fighting a holocaust.

So stupid. "Abortion stops a beating heart" says the bumper sticker. But like everything else they believe it, it is factually untrue -- first trimester abortions, which are the vast majority, happen before the heart is developed.

But what can we expect from a political party whose faithful believe that the earth is 6000 years old? Or that the sudden disappearance of multi-thousand year old glaciers doesn't indicate the earth is warming, in fact the moron party believes it is cooling.

What can we expect from morons who believe that Saddam moved his WMDs to Syria -- instead of using them in defense -- but he himself stayed in Iraq waiting for capture instead of going with his WMDs to Syria.

Against this kind of ignorance, it's pointless to start any kind of discussion about practical means of reducing abortion. For example, the countries which have the lowest incidence of abortion -- a combination of legal and illegal abortions -- are Holland and Sweden. Who coincidentally have legal abortions, but also have free contraception, free health care, free adoption services, and provide financial support for mothers of young children. All of which are opposed by the moron party.

So, so, so, so tired of morons.

Well, you squeeze your eyes shut and pray very hard, Bagley, for all the (imagined) souls and the (real) doctor and his family.

It'll sure do a lot of good, just like most of the idiot "conservative" policies you support, one after another......

What, nothing about the Army recruiter being shot to death in Arkansas?

What, nothing about cheney admitting to there being no connection between 9/11 and Iraq? WMD? Not here... it's all Tenet's fault... all the while cheney was pimping Chalabi and other exiles for information.

"Tiller may have been killed at his church because that was the best place the conservative white male gun lover could get close to him."

"LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A 23-year-old man upset about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan opened fire from his truck at two soldiers standing outside a military recruiting station here on Monday morning, killing one private and wounding another, the police said.

Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, 23, was escorted from the Little Rock police headquarters in Arkansas on Monday. Muhammad is the suspect in the killing of a soldier in a targeted attack on a military recruiting center, police said.
The gunman, identified by the police as Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad of Little Rock, fled the scene and was arrested minutes later a short distance from the recruiting station, in a bustling suburban shopping center. The police confiscated a Russian-made SKS semiautomatic rifle, a .22-caliber rifle and a handgun from his black pickup truck.

The two privates, who were both from Arkansas, were in Little Rock as part of a recruiting program that typically uses soldiers recently out of basic training to promote the Army in their home regions, Army officials said."

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/06/02/us/02recruit.html

"The dead soldier was identified as Pvt. William A. Long, 23, of Conway,"

Conway may have been killed at a recruitment center because that was the best place a liberal black male gun lover could get close to him

Hilarious how quickly Operation Desperately Change the Subject and Pretend the AR killer is a Liberal is up and running, isn't it? So, uh, man-ape, can you link to the proof that this guy's a liberal?

I understand your need to distract yourself from your side's clear failures, what with the DHS report on right wing extremists being proven true by the rash of O'reilly luvin' killers murdering people in churches or even killing cops because of the wingnut lies. Sorry, no one's buying. Your party's now the Party of Death, and everyone knows it now.

The difference between the murder of Tiller and the Little Rock murders of soldiers?

The murder of Tiller was advocated, and cheered, by many prominent voices on the right.

No one on the left -- except perhaps some anonymous left-wing commenter who is really a right winger pretending to be a leftie -- advocates killing soldiers in cold blood.

Got that, shit-for-brains trolls?

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A 23-year-old man upset about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan opened fire from his truck...

I bet it had nothing to do with the torture policy you guys so admire.

“Mr. Muhammad stated that he was mad at the U.S. military because of what they had done to Muslims in the past...”

Hmmm. Another religious nut job if you ask me. Where have I heard justifications for murder based on religion before? Lets outlaw religion and its practice and I think we'll have a solution to the problem.

Anyway, this guy should be held accountable for his actions. Now, as far as Tiller's murderer, he should be held accountable for his actions. It is not proper to kill Tiller based on presumptions from the magic book. And doubly not proper to kill Tiller because abortion is just dumping unwanted tissue...because the magic book says life does not begin until after birth. Of course, I've never met anyone who really read the magic book, so how could anyone be expected to know that.

Posted by phidipides at June 3, 2009 11:27 AM

This was not a killing, it was an execution. Bottom line; Tiller was a killer. You live by the "sword" you die by the "sword."

I have no sympathy for money grubbing doctors (Yes, Tiller did it for the money - just follow the money trail) acting like they are doing something good for women but they are no better than a televangelist ripping off widows and orphans for their last cent!

"Pro choice/death" people are such hypocrites; never seeing the forest because of the tree of their selfishness; never shedding a tear for the children torn to shreds by this man's seared conscience.

Posted by Javi at June 4, 2009 11:21 AM

Javi, could you shut the f**k up, please? Seriously? Do you realize that the women who had abortions via Tiller did not have a lot of choices? Would you like to personally home all these "children?" The crack-addicted ones? The non-cuddly white ones?

I didn't think so. You're the hypocrite.

Posted by Patty at June 5, 2009 08:16 PM

Also could you learn the meaning of the word "seared?" That is an incorrect usage. Thank you.
