Talk about missing the forest through a few trees....um one of the most glaring...these were legal opinions that were forced after the fact...you know not ones that were asked about before they effing tortured. Gawd the quality of reporting and editing from the NYT sucks....just sucks.But as Digby says...it's out there now (The Dickster is smiling his mission accomplished grin).I guess the only thing that was different today (as this too was a Sunday story)than some of those planted Miller and Gordon articles in the Iraq War run up was Cheney citing this planted story in support of his agenda on a Sunday appearance on Meet the Press. Talk about your being played again (or are they willing participants)...but I bet you Baby Dick and her friends will be plastering the airways this week touting this story.
