Comments: Ram Bush's Convention And Platform Down His Throat

"let’s make Mr. Bush".....just stop there, Steve. We bloggers aren't going to make Mr. Bush do anything. All the points you make in your statement are clearly visible to the Media and the Press. But are they raising these issues? Of course not. If they were, we'd already be finished writing BushCo off in this election, with a landslide victory to Kerry, or Edwards or Clark or whomever the Dems decided to nominate. The Media won't hold Bush accountable because the Corporate men behind them are on his side...to make money off the dispicable government BushCo has in store for all of us. We can, perhaps, vote him out, but don't expect any help from the Media.

I'm sensing some angst and frustration here today. Well, most everyday. Especially as Kerry's chances in November fade away like a Dukakis deja vu all over again.

McCain echoed a point made by Mayor Koch: Winning the war on terror is the nation's number one priority. There's no point in discussing the environment or health care, if the nation is constantly under attack and facing major terrorist attacks at home.

Posted by muckdog at August 31, 2004 11:15 AM

You gotta love muckdog. He loves fear and smear. I guess he would have keeled over dead when FDR said "All we have to fear is fear itself."

Posted by ga6thdem at August 31, 2004 11:18 AM

muckdog, you are a butthead as ususal.

"There's no point in discussing the environment or health care, if the nation is constantly under attack and facing major terrorist attacks at home."

We are not under constant attack and I seriously doubt that we are facing a "major terrorist attack here at home."
If McCain really said that than he is a tool just like you. What utter BS.

There's no point in discussing the environment or health care, if the nation is constantly under attack and facing major terrorist attacks at home.

Here is an example of what the problem is.

We have a security lapse because Asscroft is spending all his time and energy trying to bust that threat to national security Cheech and Chong, and Dear Leader is playing golf on the ranch yet again.Boom we get hit by terrorist. Something the rest of the world has dealt with without feeling the need to invade other nations on lies and trumped up charges.

So now we have a handfull of extremist Muslims dictating our domestic agenda because sheep like muckfrog are littaraly scared shitless.

You sir are a f*cking coward.

This war is designed to go on for ever. So does that mean we never again actually adress domestic issues. Do you cry out at night for your mommy?

Go join the Army you scared little bunny rabbit.

Swear to god, I am freeakin embarresed to be an american with all the scared little bunny rabbits we have going on here.

Saddest part is the Beenforgottens are laughing their asses off at how scared little punk bitches so many of our citizins turned out to be.

Wheres Sadr dikwad? Wheres Ossama?

Posted by SnarkyShark at August 31, 2004 11:34 AM

oh, come on, it's not like their platform calls for outlawing abortion without exception and prohibiting domestic partnership laws.

oh, wait; it does.

Posted by flatulus at August 31, 2004 11:45 AM

Wheres Sadr dikwad?

Preparing for the elections.

Wheres Ossama?
Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi or hell.

Question here...

Am I the only one finding Giuliani's comments "the nation owes it to the families of 9-11 to re-elect GWB," OFFENSIVE?

Playing on 9-11 is sick considering the no friggin Iraqi were on the planes. GWB did not want to create homeland security-- when he did, it's severely underfunded, and he fought like hell to stifle the 9-11 Commission. All of which are well documented.

So, the bastages who did this got away scott free, we invade a sovereign country, but we are safer and WE OWE IT TO THE FAMILIES OF 9-11 TO RE-ELECT GWB!!!

How fcukin crass can you get?

Posted by anthony at August 31, 2004 12:03 PM

Muck, Bush himself said "we can't win the War on terror." So if the coward is our best hope then we might as while give up now.

Muckdog, I thought I told you: either shut your yap or enlist, baby boy.

Now go clean your room, and pick up those disgusting socks. And why are they filled with vaseline?

Muckdog, I thought I told you: either shut your yap or enlist, baby boy.

Can't he do both?

This Republican convention is making me feel even BETTER about Kerry and his chances of winning. The repubs shameless exploitation of the victims of 911, their continuous attack on veterans - now with the bandaid fiasco. Meanwhile bush is one day saying "we can't win" and the next day saying "oh wait, we will win. And then you have their hate filled platform that attacks women, gays, minorities. This convention is showing America and the world that the real, normal Americans are in the streets protesting these right wing extremist Repug Cult members who are hiding out inside the Garden. I love it!

Posted by GD at August 31, 2004 12:57 PM

speaking of the exploitation, does anyone really, honesty think that in the middle of 9/11 Rudy grabbed Bernard's arm and said to him "thank god george w. bush is president"?

even the most callous, jaded hollywood screenwriting hack wouldn't try to peddle that li(n)e. i've never heard such an outright lie.

I mean seriously, who swallows this crap?

Bush (admitted boozer) had to run to Rush (convicted drug user) to cover his stupid (yet truthful) remarks yesterday. If this doesn't prove the Media is in on it nothing does. It also shows that when Rove sees a problem, he does something immediately. Kerry's guys waited weeks on the SBLiars.

Posted by T2 at August 31, 2004 01:47 PM

Bush has fucked-up so badly that even Rove crawled out of his coffin in direct sunlight to try and explan what the hell Bushes neurons construed as a statement. You can take the booze out of the boy, but dain bramage is the gift that keeps on giving.

Posted by phidipides at August 31, 2004 02:56 PM

T@ there you go showing how fucking stupid you are again.

"Bush (admitted boozer) had to run to Rush (convicted drug user) to cover his stupid (yet truthful) remarks yesterday."

You've had more dick in your mouth in the last 10 years than Bush has had booze. and Rush hasn't and wont be convicted of anything.

You dick for brains want to know where Osama is? ask your buddy Clinton, He was handed to him on a silver platter. you all act like a bunch of sheep - bleeting out the mindless liberal line.

Posted by laughinmyassoff at August 31, 2004 04:05 PM

Bush did just lose the election with his statement "We can't win the WOT" judging by the statements made by our visiting trolls.

BTW, Bush let Osama get away from Tora Bora AFTER he killed 3000 of our citizens. He still hasn't found him. And has even stated that he "isn't a priority".

Posted by ga6thdem at August 31, 2004 06:20 PM

Not one word about Osama binLaden in that lovefest in N.Y. But they will exploit the victims for their own gain. They are starting to look like they could win this thing. God help us all if they succeed.

Wake up guys, Mr. Bring It On is in hiding.
Has it occurred to any of you brainiacs that Kerry cannot satisfactorily answer questions about his military and post-war record? Al Hunt,
no member of the VRWC, writes of Kerry "privately, bouncing off the walls".
Now stories are emerging that pits John Kerry vs. the US. Navy.

Your boy is in deep, deep trouble.
Is there still time to bury Kerry and pull a
Torricelli?

It's refreshing to see the quality of thinking that goes on here. Bush's re-election is secure as long as you juveniles are all that's "left" (pun intended) in the Democratic party.
