No one is held accountable because GWB doesn't believe he made a mistake. It is his God given right to be president. It is Divine Providence that he makes his decisions. Therefore by his faith and by his convictions, he is guilt free. It is VERY hard to have someone that concrete in their thought processes to admit to any type of mistakes. The rest of us be damned. He's going to have Secret Service protection all of his life and not really have to worry about the common dangers his malfeasance caused to the rest of this great country.
