I just read where there were 52 warnings to the FAA before 9/11 that terrorists were going to use planes to attack the U.S. Has anybody else heard/read about this?

Bush read about it. He just ignored it.

We all read about it last week. That was the point--in a real country we would have read about it before the election, but they hid it.

Gooserock, you mean Bush also read these 52 warning pre 9/11 and ingnored it, and he has read about it now and is still ingnoring it. Nothing has changed, as the media pundits and cable/tv anchors that should be reporting on this very serious issue are ingnoring it too.

I say the Democrats need to use this story every single time as an example as why republicans are not strong on national security. This piece of information and Porter Goss's recent report stating that attacking Iraq has not weakened Al Qaeda or made us any safer prove Bush's policies have failed.
